Despite some minor issues, my recent stay at Phenicia Bittar was enjoyable. The spacious rooms and refurbished bathrooms provided a comfortable and pleasant experience. The central location was convenient for exploring the city, and the proximity to the mall and park added to the convenience. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options to start the day. While there were no swimming pool or gym facilities, the hotel catered well to business travelers. I would recommend Phenicia Bittar for a good stay in Brasilia.

Room was spacious, clean, queen size bed. Good service, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent and included in room rate. Wifi available in the room but for R$15 per 24 hours and you must get a new password each day.
I was bothered by noise from the hallway and traffic noise from the street (I was on 4th floor) unless the aircon was going. No privacy curtains on the sliding glass doors, which looked across to another building. Room service and restaurant food was overpriced (e.g. R$ 39 for lasagna). I wouldn't warn people away from this hotel but I probably will not return to it. Better value options in Brasilia.

Very friendly staff which had a third bed installed at short notice in our kids room. Very nice buffet breakfast.
Paid wifi on a 5 star hotel is no longer acceptable.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping center, where there are plenty of options for meals and entertainment.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was ok and there is nothing that needs improvement.

Friedly staff, good location, nice restaurant and amazing food.
Charge for internet and local calls is very expensive. Internet access shoud be free of charge as it is in any hotel or motel in North America.

The hotel is well located, with easy access to all areas of town. Price for accomodation was a bit high, but like everything else in Brasilia. The breakfast is very good!

Location and amenities Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. the location is perfect, with easy access to the city's main attractions. the two shopping malls and park nearby were a great bonus. the staff were friendly and always available to help. Also enjoyed the breakfast with many vegan-friendly options.
Outdated facilities Although the staff were friendly, the outdated facilities were not up to par. the elevators were old and not always functional.

Execllent location, nice and friendly staff, very good breakfast.
They couldn't find a plug adapter for my computer for 4 days. Not helpful when you are travelling for business. Terrible lemon smell detergent all over the hotel - really agressive!
